SRSC is specially designed and staffed as an outpatient or ambulatory surgery
center. SRSC is the first surgery center in Sonoma County and is one of
over 6,000 such freestanding surgery centers in the United States today.
Our modern facility stands for the best in surgical care. We began caring
for patients in 1982 and have helped over 60,000 patients and their families.
Ambulatory surgery is generally planned elective surgery that does not require
an overnight admission to a hospital. Outpatient surgery at the Santa Rosa
Surgery Center is the safe quality alternative to hospital based surgery
and is specifically designed to be comfortable and convenient. Modern medical
advances have made it possible for an adult or child to have non-emergency
surgery and return home the same day.
